New Online Court Booking System

As you may have already heard, we are moving to a new online court booking system.

You can now book to play Monday 26 March 2018 onwards up to 21 days in advance.

Please note, although the new booking sheet will automatically appear daily after midnight 21 days in advance, the links to "book now" will only be operational from 7 am onwards when booking 21 days in advance. (You can book any time now to play within 20 days).

All bookings for dates prior to 26 March must be done as usual on the paper booking sheets at the club.

You will need your username and password to login to the Booking System Website, and you will need your PIN to use the "kiosk" touch screen system at the club.

Please do not share your login details and PIN number with other members. You can change your password and PIN when you log-in to the booking system website.

When you book a court, please be sure to select your playing partner/opponment's name to show on the booking sheets, particularly if you want your playing partner/opponent to share the booking fee through the court booking system.

Booking fees

• The booking fees are displayed on the Booking Sheets.
• Each member has an account within the booking system and must have sufficient credit in order to book a court.
• Members can "top-up" their booking system accounts as follows.
  • You can purchase £25 (minimum) credit with an online credit/debit card transaction. Your transaction will be processed by PayPal and your account will be automatically credited.
  • You can purchase £25 top-up vouchers at the club, and then you will need to submit the voucher code when logged into the website or by using the touch screen at the club - please note you will need to know your PIN number to use the touch screen at the club.
• Members can share booking fees by using the facility to Transfer Credit. On the day playing, the system will automatically send an email to invite playing partners/opponents to use this facility to share the booking fees paid by the member who booked the court.

Guest Fees

• When playing a guest, members MUST: Select "GUEST £5" as the playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheet.
• The system will automatically charge the £5 Guest Fee to your booking system account by adding the Guest Fee to the booking fee already paid.
• If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the court fee will automatically revert to the normal rate (and your account will be credited). This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
• If you forget to select Guest as the playing partner/opponent before playing, then please be sure to use the facility to "TransferCredit" (£5) to the Guest account on this system.

Cancellations & Refunds

• When unable to play, please cancel as soon as possible so others may use the court.
• Full refund (as booking system credit) when cancelled more than 72 hours prior.
• No refund when cancelled within 72 hours prior, unless the court is re-booked -- in this case, the late-cancellation charge is automatically refunded as booking system credit (and no charge will appear on your booking system account).
